There is no single unit price: it depends on the frame series, glass configuration (tempered / insulated / Low-E) and span. We are factory-direct with no middlemen; after a free on-site survey we issue an itemized quotation.

Is installing a sunroom considered an illegal structure?

It depends on site nature and local policy: additions inside your own boundary that stay within the original envelope are generally negotiable; occupying public space or extending outward carries high risk. We check local and community rules first and provide drawings for filing.

How long does it take from survey to installation?

Standard projects take about 2-3 weeks: survey and drawings 1 day, proposal and quote 2-4 days, production 10-12 days, on-site installation 3-5 days. Larger or freeform projects are assessed individually.
